48 hours from when you send your photos, services, and contact info. The clock starts when I have what I need, not when you first email. If you take three days to send your details, the site goes live three days plus 48 hours later. The Custom tier is 7 days because it's built from scratch instead of from a template.
You walk. No invoice, no follow-up. The free mockup is there so you can see exactly what your site will look like before any money changes hands. If it's not what you want, that's the end of it.
Your business name, services, prices if you want them shown, contact details, and 5 to 10 photos. If you don't have good photos, tell me and I'll work around it. I don't need a brief, a brand guideline, or a long document. A short email is enough.
No. I build brochure sites for service businesses, which means contact forms, booking links, and lead generation. If you need a Shopify store or a payment system on your site, I'm not the right person.
On the Standard and Custom tiers, you get 30 days of small edits included. That covers things like changing text, swapping a photo, or adjusting a price. After 30 days, small edits are billed at a flat rate per change. If you want me to keep updating the site monthly, we can talk about a maintenance plan.
Two reasons. One, I work from templates I've already built around specific niches, so the structure is solved before your project starts. Two, I don't run an agency. There's no account manager, no project coordinator, no overhead. You're paying for the work, not the office.
You do. You own the domain, the hosting account, and all the files. I build it on your accounts, not mine. If you ever want to move to another developer, you can take everything with you.
Small text and photo changes are charged at a flat rate per change. Bigger changes like adding new pages or restructuring sections are quoted separately. I'll tell you which category your request falls into before doing any work.
I'll polish what you send me and rewrite anything that's not working, but I'm not a copywriter. If your services and About text are already clear, I'll use them with light edits. If you have nothing, I'll draft something based on a short call or a few back-and-forth emails, but it won't be specialist-level marketing copy.
Right now my main paid project is Fiora Beauty, an Italian beauty brand on Shopify. The detailer and cleaner sites on this page are templates I've built and use as starting points for new clients.
